Q1. How to play an order?
A1: Contact with online service, or sent an email to us, we will confirm you with product price, specs, packing etc soon, thank you.
Q2. Can i have my logo engraved on the products and printed on packaging?
A2: Totally acceptable, OEM service grown up for more than 10 years, thank you.
Q3.What is your payment terms?
A3: For sample: Paypal, west union; For production: T/T and L/C. thank you.
Q4.What would the delivery time be?
A4: Regularly 30 days after sample confirmed, ahead to 15-20 business days if urgent, thank you.
Q5.In an unlikely event that there is a faulty earphone from my order, what should I do?
A5: We have full healthy after-sales service system, if anything happened not match to the contract, we shall recheck and give a better service for customers, penalty or free replacement if necessary, thank you.

1. Free warranty within one year , warranty period from the date on the invoice.
2. Free maintenance service for more than a year, only charge the cost of materials.
3. Because of the product damage, loss caused by transport problems,we take full responsibility.
4. For being not product quality reasons,you are unable to enjoy free maintenance services.
Return/exchange policy
1. Please strictly inspect the goods and confirm when accepting the goods.Once signed, for being not the product quality problems ,goods will not be returned.
2. Due to product quality problems to the machine return/exchange, our company will be responsible for the return of the freight
3. Other return/exchange matters, please contact our after-sales staff,must give you a satisfactory solution.
